Welcome to the Arlington Public Schools Benefits page!  

Employees are encouraged to take a special interest in their Health Benefits. We will be updating this page with resources for our employees and families to find answers to simple questions, become informed of and understand their benefits and stay up-to-date about the latest in healthcare.

The AEA and PSE groups have decided to go with the WEA Select Plans (Aetna and UnitedHealthcare) for the 2017-2018 plan year. This means the carriers will be changing at the November renewal.  An HMO option will still be offered through Kaiser Permanente.

Information will be presented on Kaiser, WEA, and PEBB plans.

Benefit Presentations are open to ALL STAFF. We would encourage you to attend AEA presentations mentioned above. This year is bringing a lot of changes to our Health Insurance Plans!  



The WEA is undergoing a significant change in Medical carriers effective with the renewal, November 1, 2017.  Please see the next tab for updated information on these changes.  Information will be posted as it becomes available to the District.

Group Health is now Kaiser Permanente.  Participants should not notice too much change to their current health plans.  If you do experience issues, please contact Kim Perry in the HR Department.
