Watts is the proud parent of two Arlington High School graduates, with a third child set to graduate in 2027. Through her family’s journey, she has witnessed firsthand the strengths of Arlington Public Schools and the exciting potential that lies ahead.
She believes that strong schools build strong communities, and lasting success comes from active involvement. “The schools my children attended supported, encouraged, and empowered them to reach their fullest potential,” Watts said. “I want to help ensure that same opportunity exists—not just for my own kids, but for every child in our community.”
Knapp lives in Arlington with her spouse and three children. She is currently studying social work as a graduate student, works part time for a local nonprofit, and owns an art business. Knapp volunteers on the district’s Student Advisory Council.
“I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue to serve the Arlington School District and community,” said Knapp. “I will continue the work of building community connections. I strive to ensure equal access to high quality education and opportunities for all Arlington students.”
