NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Arlington School District No. 16, Snohomish County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a Special Board Meeting on Monday, May 24, 2021, at 6:00 pm. As a result of the COVID-19 health emergency, Board meetings are currently being held via the Zoom Webinar platform.

Members of the public can listen to the Zoom Board Meeting as follows:

If you wish to speak during the Comments from the Audience portion of the meeting, please email Julie Davis, Senior Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, no later than 4:00 pm on the meeting day. In your email, please indicate your full name and phone number.

If you join the webinar via the link, you may click the "raise hand" button on the bottom bar in the Zoom window when the Board President calls for comments from the audience. If you are joined by telephone, press *9 to raise your hand. When called upon, please clearly state your name, spelling your last name, and email address and keep your comments as brief as possible (not more than three minutes).

The Board will receive comments or questions only during the Comments from the Audience portion of the meeting. You may speak about an agenda item or other topic.

 

General comments to the Board can always be submitted in writing:

  • through the Contact the Board link on the District website, under Administration/School Board; or
     
  • by emailing them to [email protected]; or
     
  • by mailing them to Arlington Public School, Superintendent’s Office, 315 N French Ave, Arlington, WA 98223.

Individuals with disabilities who may need a modification to participate in a meeting should contact the Superintendent's Office at 360.618.6202 no later than two (2) school business days before a regular meeting and as soon as possible in advance of a special meeting so that special arrangements can be made.
