Does Your Child Need a Health Care Plan?
They do if they have a life-threatening condition. It is vital and necessary for the nurse at our school to know if your child has a condition that may lead to a medical alert during school hours. Such conditions include asthma, diabetes, seizure disorder and/or allergies that can have severe reactions.
