Terrific Trailblazer Student Recognition Program
The TERRIFIC TRAILBLAZER Program is a student recognition program designed to teach and encourage appropriate student behavior. The Pioneer Staff focuses on character traits, student's work habits and positive social skills to help children succeed in school, at home and to be responsible citizens. The focus for this year are character traits that celebrate what's "right" with students while enabling them to develop knowledge and life skills for enhancing ethical and responsible behavior. The focus traits will help to promote citizenship in Pioneer's students. School staff will emphasize the importance of each character trait and will teach students what they mean. Each month, two or three students from each classroom who practice those positive behaviors are recognized in front of their grade level at the end of each month.
